At Lakeshore Utility Company, our mission is to provide safe, clean water to all of our residents, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.

Lakeshore Utility Company was founded in 1977 to provide water and wastewater services to the residents of Point La Vista subdivision on Cedar Creek Lake. In the years since our founding, we have grown to provide water services to over 23 subdivision in Henderson County and 2 in Smith County.   We currently provide water service to over 960 active customers and wastewater services to over 230 active customers.  Lakeshore Utility purchases water from Monarch Texas for two of our subdivisions, Cedarview Estates, and Esquire Estates II.  All other customers are served from Lakeshore Utility’s eight pump stations and twelve wells.   All of our wells pump water from the underground Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer.
