Lakeshore Utility is NOT shutting the water off. We are working around the clock to keep water supplied to everyone. The winter storm-related power outages have caused a loss of power at some of our water plants. This it can make it difficult to keep up with water demand. Also, because of the extended loss of power our plant heaters have not been able to work and some pipes have frozen inside a few plants. We are working to make those repairs as quickly as possible. Some customers could be without water for a period of time as we deal with these power outage-related issues. Please conserve as much as possible so we can get past this difficult time.
